Nolz Limousin is a family operation that started in 1982.  After I graduated from SDSU, I returned to farm with my dad and worked as an extension agent.  In the early years, I researched to find the perfect breed to cross with our Angus and baldy cows.  After researching the various beef breeds, Limousin was clearly the obvious choice with an edge in calving ease, performance, feed efficiency, and carcass traits. 

After 25 years in the business, I still get excited every year as our calves top the market at the sale barn after weaning.  However, my greatest pleasure is selling top notch breeding pieces to commercial and purebred breeders.  Our cattle are practical in the pasture and competitive in the show ring.  Our selection of bulls and females promise to add the extra edge needed in your operation.
